The impact of financial conflicts of interest: an open letter to the ARC-COGITATE research group
Abstract: This is an open letter to the ARC-COGITATE research group regarding the disclosure of conflicts of interest (COIs) as an issue of research ethics and its impact. The letter describes the background of the issue and discusses why it is important for these COIs to be clearly communicated not only in scientific publications, but also in public-facing media.
