Interior volume of Banados–Teitelboim–Zanelli black hole

Abstract: We calculate the interior volume for the three-dimensional Banados-Teitelboim-Zanelli black hole in this paper. To that end, we obtain the volume functional and numerically find a path to extremize it, before choosing a spacelike hypersurface to get an asymptotic analytical expression for the interior volume based on the characteristics of the path.

“…The expression for v is same as deduced by others for the case of BTZ black hole and the expression for ṙ reduces to the expression for BTZ black hole as shown by [19] when we put J and Q = 0.…”

“…This is a different result from our earlier work [4], where we found that both S Σ and S H were proportional to each other. Other earlier works [6,17,19,24,25] have also found the two entropies to be proportional to each other. But all these results were restricted to neutral black holes.…”

“…The volume of this hypersurface defining the black hole volume increases monotonically with the advanced time v. As discussed by many [4,6,17,19,24], such a behaviour can be appropriately used in defining and understanding the black hole entropy. We will touch on this in latter sections.…”

Exaggerated anticipatory anxiety is common in social anxiety disorder (SAD). Neuroimaging studies have revealed altered neural activity in response to social stimuli in SAD, but fewer studies have examined neural activity during anticipation of feared social stimuli in SAD. The current study examined the time course and magnitude of activity in threat processing brain regions during speech anticipation in socially anxious individuals and healthy controls (HC). Method Participants (SAD n = 58; HC n = 16) underwent functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) during which they completed a 90s control anticipation task and 90s speech anticipation task.

“…In [17,18], the interior volume of BTZ black hole is found to increase with v. It signifies the possible extension of our work to (2+1)-dimensional BTZ black hole solutions. So, after obtaining the interior volume and quantum modes entropy, an evolution relation is calculated between the two types of entropy by using the two assumptions.…”

“…The maximal volume given in equation (1) is termed as CR volume that increases with Eddington time. This work is also extended to other types of black holes in [10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18].…”
